Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

 Free Shipping on all Orders, All Over the USA

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

  • In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 4 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Order handling time is 1 - 3  business day (Monday to Friday).

C. P.O. BOXES

We don't ship to P.O. Boxes. Because we ship with UPS/FedEx, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

D. TAXES AND DUTIES

United States: Duties and taxes may apply based on your local regulations.

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@mymerru.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped. 

F. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
